You work hard sculpting your buns, thighs and core in Barre. Awesome Job! Now it’s time to come in and get Stretch*d Out!
Props: Stretch strap (or towel)//Yoga Mat
Use this class to improve your performance and decrease the chance of injury by increasing your range of motion. After warming up, we will get Stretch*d Out, releasing tension in the hips, lengthening the hamstrings and opening the shoulders and will finish with a relaxing cool down to absorb the benefits of the class.
Stay in the game! Whether you’re behind a desk or behind the wheel, running errands or running marathons, your body will benefit from the time you invest in getting Stretch*d Out.
Excellent for all ages/all levels. Please bring a mat and a towel to pad your knees if need be.
