Join us from home, to help you unwind from your day and relax. It's time to reset your body through passive stretching and calm deep breathing. Your biggest challenge in restorative yoga is not flexing or bending but in finding your complete and totally relaxed self!
After a brief warmup, you will melt into a few postures.
Dress in loose fitting comfy clothes and fuzzy socks (PJ's A-OK!)
You will need a yoga mat (carpeted floor), a yoga bolster (or stack of firm pillows) and 3-4 blankets. Maybe have an eye pillow handy and perhaps diffuse some essential oils and brew a warm cup of chamomile lavender tea to sip.
