Equipment: Broom or mop, light weights and/or possible step (all optional)
Practice the movements that’ll develop muscle memory for proper boxing technique. Equipment is not necessary, but to enhance your training you can grab a broom or a mop for rotational movement in round 1, light dumbbells for high volume punches in round 2, and a stepper for footwork agility drills in round three.
