High Intensity Interval Training class is great for all levels. Combining classic barre moves, cardio, high-intensity training exercises, plyometrics and circuits to elevate the heart rate, increase muscle tone and definition and burn stubborn belly fat.
Arianne leads a 50 minute HIIT class: 5 minute warm up, followed by 40 minutes of HIIT, and a 5 minute stretch and cool down.
30 second intervals, 5 exercises, 5 times through, short stretch and break, then 5 more exercises, and a push at the end followed by a stretch!
Get ready to sweat, shake, get moving, and burn some of that stubborn belly fat! You got this!
